Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed until 5:00 PM on the same day or the day after the order date and will be shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, processing and shipping will take place within the next 24/48 hours.

Will I be charged taxes or shipping fees?

No, the prices shown on our website include VAT and shipping is free.
